AnnouncementsGraduation FairIf you plan to participate in a Pullman Spring Commencement ceremony, it is important that you stop by the Grad Fair at the Alumni Centre between 9AM to 5PM on Wednesday, March 21 or Thursday, March 22. The Grad Fair is an opportunity for all potential graduates to check degree applications, register to walk in the Pullman Commencement ceremony, pick up a cap and gown, order announcements, purchase a class ring or diploma frame, register with the Alumni Association and visit with other WSU offices such as; Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and International Programs.
If you are out of town or unable to attend the Grad Fair you may order your cap and gown directly on-line at Jostens beginning Friday, March 24. Contact the Bookie at (509) 332-2537 or supplies@mail.wsu.edu if you have questions.
All on-line orders received will be sent to the commencement coordinator for automatic registration in the Pullman ceremony. You will receive a confirmation notice via zzusis and your WSU Email when your registration is complete.

• Last day to accept Faculty/Staff tuition fee waiver forms to add courses for faculty, staff, and state employees under the tuition waiver.
Tuesday, February 07, 2012• 5:00 PM: Students shall be assessed an additional 5% late payment penalty on unpaid tuition and mandatory fee balance (the 30th calendar day of the academic term).
• Deadline for dropping a course without record. (Course withdrawals after this date are recorded on the student's transcript).
• Last day to file residency application.
